Nestled in 40,000 square meters of grounds, this homey heaven combines nautical accents with smooth stone and chunky wooden furniture. Surf Rental complete equipment is possible or surf lessons, by previous appointment. An electric car or a 9 seat Van VW Caravelle is available for rental by request, with excellent conditions, pick up in Sintra or at Lisbon airport. Very cosy and warm with a lightfire in the living room. The house has one small bedroom with a double bed and other room "Kind of a boat" with a 3 store bed (sleep 4 children). The outside of this house include an exterior shower (hot/cold water), a barbecue, a small tank and and a big table. Go from sintra about 12 km to Magoito beach (Praia do Magoito). When you arrive in Magoito go all the way down to the beach and pass the fortress by the sea. Turn right and you will see the last two white houses. You're there! A personalized special fishing and surfing tour, only for wild, top and "out of the box " adventures. Just 12 km from sintra center (vila) "the Portuguese Environment Agency is finishing the recovery of the cliff, located in front of the house, between 50 and 100 meters. There are no noisy works anymore but only a fence in the cliff. The works started last July 2017 and will be totally finished and removed in April 2018" The location of this houses are unique, and the environment did not change much since 1950. In the heart of Sintra-Cascais National Park, this property is a perfect place to enjoy a peacefull vacations. Sintra River House, a restored watermill with capacity up to 3 persons, features 1 double bedroom, 1 living room with sofa bed (Wi-Fi, AC, TV), 1 bathroom and 1 fully equipped kitchen. Fontanelas village is located in a 2min drive (1,2Km), where there are several restaurants, cafes, minimarket and pharmacy. The beach is located in a 3min (2,2Km) drive and Sintra center, 18min (10,9Km).

The container unit is private only for you. Its entrance is via the the sunroom. This sunroom, as well as laundry space, garden and backoffice / storage space is shared with the other unit (2pax) Our local community also offers a small local beach bar, a pizza place and a micro brewery & hamburger restaurant.

We have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower. The house has 90m2 (45m2 per floor) and a 340m2 garden.
