Al piano superiore si trovano la camera patronale con terrazzino privato ed una vista mare mozzafiato, il suo bagno ed una zona relax con divano e l'accesso diretto ad una splendida terrazza con tettoia ombreggiante. Al Piano inferiore troviamo la seconda camera da letto con il suo bagno con doccia. Al piano terra si trovano anche la sala con il grande divano, la sala da pranzo e la cucina accessoriata.
