Our studio has a private entrance with SELF CHECK IN. Our city permit is SVR25-056. We are close to a lovely spot to run, walk or cycle at Paulin Creek Preserve. Grocery stores (including an organic one) and a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and retail outlets are nearby. The views from your private covered deck are serene. The en suite studio is connected to the main house but has it own private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, separate entry and outside deck. We are 3 blocks from historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. We have two kids of our own (3 and 4) and we've set up the space to be comfortable for families traveling. There is ample space for everyone to spread out with a queen bed, 2 full size futons, and a crib included in the space.
