‘Villa Carlotta’ is a home just 150 meters from the sea, surrounded by a large garden with two lovely terraces on which you can eat and entertain in total calm. In the inside of the house, you’ll find a lounge, a separate kitchen, three great size bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house has mosquito nets and includes two cots for babies, a baby chair, and a pushchair. Every bedroom, is equipped with an air-con and heating system. My apartment is located at the entrance to the village of Chia on the first floor. The beaches are just a few minutes away by car. Restaurants and markets are very close by. The apartment is spacious and bright with a large 40 m² terrace. The terrace overlooks greenery and offers plenty of privacy. The two bedrooms with double beds are large and equipped with air conditioning. I live on the ground floor and am always available for any needs.

The house , is located 41 Km from Cagliari, surronded by greenery,is part of the complex " Capo Blu" furnished of communal swimming pool, tennis court and a small playground. The nearest beach is " Santa Margherita di Pula" within walking distance about 800 meters. Along the provincial road after 5 KM. you reach "Chia Beach" ,one of the most features of Sardinia. The closest shopping is an approximately 3 KM. from the house.
