Son Parera, Stylish Rural House in Mallorca.

"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

​Can Vallori ist ein beeindruckendes Ferienhaus aus dem 17. Jahrhundert im Zentrum von Santa Margalida, Mallorca. Es verbindet rustikalen Charme mit modernem Komfort auf drei Etagen und bietet Platz für 6 Gäste in 3 klimatisierten Schlafzimmern mit je zwei Einzelbetten. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Badezimmer mit Badewanne, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Essbereich und zwei gemütliche Wohnzimmer. Der nächste Strand ist etwa 9,2 km entfernt und in 10–15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.
