The walnut tree view, Montepulciano

The walnut tree view is our new apartment in the most peaceful part of Montepulciano. The house with Ac is 250 metres from the piazza and the main street, and has 1 double rooms (king size) 1 bathroom with large shower and a large kitchen-living room with a nice terrace overlooking the hills. From summer 2026 a wine tasting will be available in the new garden for all the guests of our 4 apartments and grilled meat. from 7 pm (book well in advance) Guests will park close the apartment

Separate room, between Cortona and Montepulciano

We are a small farm with a family-run farm on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. The old farmhouse in which we live with our children are surrounded by vineyards and olive groves with a splendid view of Montepulciano. We can sleep in 2 apartments and / or 1 independent room furnished with poor art and originality. In the large garden, available to all, there are two pools (one for children), games, organic vegetable garden. We have a restaurant Pierpaolo cooking the typical Tuscan dishes.

Podere Pereti Nuovi-modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.
