Complete with stone paths and terraced landscaping, the large backyard is shaded by a canopy of oak trees.

This cozy apartment is located above a historic 5 Points home. It features a separate, private entrance accessible by a flight of 31 steps. The apartment has a sitting room, bedroom and bathroom with shower. Look out your window over the trees and walk to downtown, campus & shopping. The gazebo at the end of the driveway has a swing inside, and feel free to enjoy it!
