I have eliminated my cleaning fee for 1-2 night stays because I understand the frustration of so many fees, and short stays tend to need less cleaning time. Entire bottom floor of cute 1927 NE Portland home in quiet Roseway neighborhood. The space has a private separate entry and is not shared. Full bathroom, two bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with two twins. YouTubeTv/Netflix, wifi, and kids games. Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, washer/dryer, and city maps in unit. Home only eight minutes to the PDX airport. Short walk to eats, bars, wine shop, grocery store, and boutique shops. Wellington Park is only one block away.

This pet-friendly ground floor apartment is in the heart of Portland's Southeast Laurelhurst neighborhood. It's just 5 blocks away from a hub of amazing restaurants and Whole Foods Market. There are cafes, shops, breweries and parks all within walking distance and it's just one block off of the famous East Burnside Street. Pet fee is $35 for one night; $50 for 2-7 nights. Higher fee with longer stays.
