It offers spacious living accommodation with a garden backing onto open fields with many paths to explore the Lincolnshire countryside. It is ideal for a family gathering or business colleagues. It is close to the historic town of Epworth and within walking distance of local pubs and takeaways. Yorkshire Wildlife Park is a short drive away; York and Lincoln are less than an hours drive.

On-street free parking, close walking distance to local shops and pubs for evening meals. Crowle train station 1.7 miles, 6 minute drive. Good motorway connection from M62, M18, M180.

A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A stream with ducks is in the next village. The back of the property is surounded by lovely little cottage gardens. You have lovely views of the countryside from the first floor of the property. We have taken a great deal of care and detail to our two-bedroom cottage with the ultimate aim to be able to offer you a wonderful stay.

The Apple Chamber Self Contained Apartment

‘The Apple Chamber’ is a two-bed apartment (double bed and sofa bed) in a delightful 16th century Grade 2 listed farmhouse, situated in the semi-rural village of Hatfield Woodhouse.   In years gone by, the Apple Chamber was the farm’s servant’s quarters as well as being used to store fruit through winter, which is where the name originates. It has now undergone an extensive refurbishment programme to provide modern self-contained accommodation with plenty of character.
