Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The charming apartment Kornblume is part of the Mesnerhof, a farmyard dating back to the 16th century with dairy farming, located in a quiet and picturesque mountain area with a stunning panorama, in the Tauferer valley basin. The holiday home with wooden floor and furniture consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom (with a double and single bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.

Das Ortszentrum von Sand in Taufers ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar, die Reinbacher Wasserfälle sind etwa 20 Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso die Burg Taufers. The apartment is located in the center of Bruneck, on the 4th floor, above the roofs of the city (elevator available). The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. On request (for a small surcharge and on request) a car parking space, which is located directly in front of the house, can also be rented. The center can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The apartment is suitable for couples or guests up to max. 3 persons. You can store your ski or other things in the cellar.
