The cottage is located on our 80 acre farmstead in the bucolic rolling hills of Western Wisconsin just over an hour from the Twin Cities. Relax, create, or dream in this peaceful setting. Cherish time with loved ones. Hike along the creek, woodlands and fields. Enjoy the plentiful birds and wildlife. Bring your bike in the summer, and snow shoes in the winter. Cozy up to the wood stove with a hot beverage. Work remotely with our high speed WiFi. We welcome up to two dogs for an additional fee.

Newer Lake Cabin

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Built in 2023 with families in mind. Fish, icefish, hike, ski, bring snowmobiles or atvs (great trails near by.) Game-room in the basement with a pool table/pingpong table and a foosball table. Two bars on the lake that serve food and are family friendly (children allowed.) 15minutes from Chippewa Falls. 40minutes from Eau Claire. Absolutely no loud parties! Also no loud music after 8pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

Cozy Newly Updated Lakefront Cabin On Private Lake

Tranquil cozy dog friendly cabin nestled in the woods with stunning views. True northwoods rustic feel for a romantic couples trip or peaceful escape from the city with family or friends. Gas stove, microwave, fridge w/filtered water & ice dispenser, dishwasher, Keurig w/pods included. Abundant wildlife! No gas motors allowed on lake but pedal & row boat free to use at your own risk.

Oak Hill Retreat

Country location, peaceful and quiet. Apartment above detached garage, full kitchen, small deck and private stairway with beautiful view of the surrounding trees. Easily accessible, 3 miles from I-94 and St. Hwy. 29, 1/2 way between the university cities of Eau Claire and Menomonie, 1 1/4 hours from St. Paul/Minneapolis. There is a growing art and music scene, with multiple music festivals, etc. The area also has fine restaurants, theaters, parks, and historical sites. Come to be restored.

Water's Edge House on Tainter Lake

Gorgeous little house with cap cod feel, right on the water. We call this baby "Water's Edge on Tainter Lake". Perfect way for a quick escape from the Twin cities, only 50 minutes away. Fish off the permanent dock on the water. Beautiful views and sunsets on a fun, active recreational lake. Short boat ride to Jake's super club. Some guests say its a "private location", but we are on a very active lake with houses close by. Please read our "other details to note" for more info.

Echo Point | Historic Lakeside Cabin

Echo Point's guest cabin is a unique and tranquil getaway perched on the edge of the water with a grand view of Tainter Lake, about an hour east of Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN. This renovated cabin - originally built in the 1950's atop a boathouse - provides guests the feeling of being in the trees overlooking the lake. It is the perfect getaway to unwind in nature. Please note: We do not allow parties or pets, and the property isn't suitable for those with mobility challenges (stairs)

Lake across the road within view, walking distance to public beach, new Gotham sports complex and boat landing, on public snowmobile and ATV trail. Two-bedroom home all on one level with very comfortable beds. Small cabin feel within walking distance to downtown. Massage chair and 2 kayaks available for your use. High Speed Internet that can be used for working remote. Enjoy a peaceful night around a campfire or sitting next to a tiki bar. TV available in each room with Roku.

Kamshire Valley (Main Cabin)

25 minutes from Menomonie (UW-Stout), 45 minutes to Eau Claire, 1 hr 15 minutes to MN. Kamshire Valley's Main Cabin offers an abundance of wildlife viewing, an inviting large brick patio and firepit, miles of trails for snowshoeing, hiking and cross-country skiing. Has 1 bedroom with Queen bed; If you need more rooms we have 2 additional rustic cabins (air, heat-no bathroom) that are available for additional $50/ cabin/night. The best nature has to offer, bring your camera!

Grey Chalet in the Woods

This newly built 1000 square foot chalet, inspired by Swiss architecture, is located just over an hour east of the Twin Cities or twenty miles north of Menomonie, Wisconsin. Relax and enjoy a secluded residence in the woods. The chalet is located next to a 200-acre operational organic farm. Meander through the farm to watch certified organic beef cattle grazing, discover the artwork of beavers, and enjoy observing the geese and sandhill cranes in the air and on the water.

Maple Cottage

Come and relax at the Maple Cottage located just a few blocks from beautiful Lake Chetek. Conveniently located within walking distance to some of Barron County's best coffee shops, bakeries and ice cream. This small town has many shops of interest including antique, boutique and sporting stores - not to mention all the favorite places to eat! Cozy up on the couch in front of the fireplace, or enjoy the hammock lounge under the maple in the private back yard.
