The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

This is a basement apartment in a local family home. It has a private bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette, and common space to hang out with a pull out bed if needed . There is space to park on the driveway and is walking distance to Dordt College the local public high school and the All Season Center with the ice rink and indoor/outdoor swimming pool. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.
