Casa Eugenia is a beautiful two story house located in Corpus Christy neighborhood in the town of San Miguel. The main house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining area for eight and spacious open concept kitchen. The property has large pool, free gated parking, private outdoor bar with grill and a smaller casita de Miguelito in the same area with full bathroom and bedroom for two. Water front is just two minutes walk and it takes fifteen minutes walk to the main town square.
