Here you may see the wild turkey showcasing his feathers in his mating ritual or several deer grazing on the grass in the nearby field.

Guesthouse Studio

Walking distance to downtown and also to Cal Poly, this studio is located behind the primary residence, with French doors that open onto a large tile patio. The 400 sq. ft. space is perfect for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4. The first bed is situated in a semi-private corner of the studio, while the second bed rolls out into the sitting room. The kitchen is equipped for simple meal prep with a microwave/convection oven and portable induction cooktop.

Welcome to picturesque Shell Beach Hideaway. This charming studio cottage offers privacy and seclusion, yet walking distance to restaurants, cafes, a private small beach, and to numerous points of interest This is a NO SMOKING cottage.This private studio is located behind our home in a quiet neighborhood with a full bath, queen bed, wifi, and a full kitchen.
