My favorite part of the House: the master shower is 7 foot long by 4 feet wide with a skylight overhead. 5 to 13 mins to grocery stores, golf courses, parks, churches, restaurants. 18 minutes to Algo Dones, Mexico, 40 mins from Lake Martinez, or the Sand Dunes

ATTENTION: Border Patrol, Military, First Responders, and Traveling Nurses! Great place for fishermen/boaters and hunters with room for boats and RVs. ‘Bee’ our guest at this sweet, modern one bedroom home. Our home features a large smart tv, Keurig, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven/air fryer, etc. Couch pulls out to be used as a sleeper. Futon available and located in the bedroom.
