You will have your own Studio unit, Air-conditioning & TV, which has it's own toilet, hot & cold shower as well as WiFi. Owner lives on the premises separate from the guest's studio. It also has a little kitchenette equipped with stove, pots & pans, fridge, cups, glasses & a kettle. San Juan surfing is an 5 min, 7kms drive away.
