It has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with a bathroom incl a hot water shower and a kitchen/living room. Additionally, a 40m2 covered terrace with hammocks, picnic table and surrounded by a lush graden. It is only 2 blocks from the beach and 4 blocks from the center. Private parking and caretaker are present. Small shops are at 50m.
