The outdoor oasis includes a huge 65 inch Smart TV, ambient lighting, outdoor ceiling fan, propane fire pit, and dining and lounging area. Street parking is free and ample.

The 1 acre gated property has ample parking and privacy. You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz beaches. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house. Please note there is no indoor shower (outdoor only) and the road is one lane with a steep driveway. Permit #211304
