You'll find total privacy in our cozy cottage hideaway located in a shady garden courtyard. Off-street parking and lockbox access are provided for easy guest check in. We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. We have a pool and hot tub you're welcome to enjoy.

There is no cleaning fee and guests are not expected to clean anything upon departure! You can leave the condo as-is when checking out :) The resort requires a valid ID and credit/debit card for check in. There is a $250 refundable deposit required.
