A pocos pasos de la playa, apartamento reformado, luminoso y totalmente equipado. Con buena orientación, es amplio, fresco y cómodo para estancias largas. Tiene terraza con vistas a la piscina, dos camas tipo hotel de 1 x 2 m, sofá cama, cocina con horno y microondas, wifi y dos Smart TV. Complejo con piscina, jardín y parking, cerca del C.C. El alpendre entre palmeras

Antiguo alpendre recientemente transformado para su uso residencial en Santa Lucía de Tirajana. El alpendre era la casa de los animales. Los más apreciados y difíciles de sostener eran las vacas . Solía haber dos por propiedad. La parte de la vacas es ahora el salón comedor y cocina. Las cabras y la burra se alojaban en las otras dependencias que hoy día son los dormitorios, y el baño actual era el lugar donde se depositaba la hierba del resto del día, ya que se solía coger por la mañana .
