“Il Palmento” di Villa Clelia 1936

Immerso in un antico uliveto di circa quattro ettari, il nostro Palmento è a disposizione dei viaggiatori desiderosi di scoprire l’incantevole costa jonica della Calabria. La casa è affittata ad uso esclusivo, totalmente ristrutturata ed è dotata di ogni comfort. Luminosa, silenziosa, immersa nei giardini della tenuta (in cui si trova anche la nostra abitazione familiare) e con patio esterno. A 5 minuti dalle spiagge, dal Parco Archeologico di Locri Epizefiri e a 10 minuti dal borgo di Gerace.

Scilla meraviglioso appartamento

Bellissimo appartamento ricavato da un antica dimora familiare di fine 800. Panorama incantevole, vista sullo stretto di Messina ,sul borgo antico di Chianalea. Posizione eccellente, situata di fronte allo storico castello Ruffo, sopra le spiaggie attrezzate raggiungibili comodamente a piedi, a poche centinaia di metri dal belvedere San Rocco. Più che un soggiorno un esperienza unica... Facilmente raggiungibile dall' Aeroporto di Reggio Calabria ( 15 km circa),e da Lamezia Terme.(120 km circa).

Il mio appartamento è situato nell' incatevole scenario di Chianalea di Scilla,borgo di pescatori ricco di profumi e colori tipici di questa splendida terra.L'appartamento ha un ottima posizione,basta aprire la porta per ritrovarsi circondati dal mare,a due passi vi è la piccola spiaggetta di San Giuseppe.E' un luogo incantevole e tranquillo che racchiude in se tutti i confort di una vacanza al mare:spiaggia,mare,sole,splendidi tramonti da osservare comodamente sdraiati davanti la porta di casa.

The accommodation consists of a newly renovated detached house on one level, located in the historic center of Bova with one bedroom, one open space consisting of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, small covered veranda. Orientation facing the sea. The conservative recovery has tried to keep the original structure intact (facade with exposed stone, trusses , ancient arch, wall niche ...) and to made the rooms welcoming and functional.

If you are looking for a sunny and quiet place for taking relaxing walks by the shore while admiring blue sky and sea,it will be a pleasure to welcome you in my seaside house in Bova beach, only a few steps far from the sea.Just a couple of miles away from the house you will find the old villages of Roghudi, Pentedattilo,Palizzi and Bova,all great places where you can taste some typical dish from the grecanic area.
