The ranch is close to Monterey Bay Aquarium, California Rodeo Salinas, Pinnacles National Monument, John Steinbeck's Museum and Victorian House, and the Laguna Seca Raceway. The ranch studio apartment includes two twin beds, a full bath, and half kitchen. Pets are welcome upon pre-approval from the on-site manager. No pets are to be left unattended. This space is upstairs above an OPEN saloon. It has a FULL kitchen including granite and the basic items needed to cook. It is in the heart of downtown historic San Juan Bautista. Walking distance to restaurants, stores, and other conveniences. Very secure with gate and balcony overlooking plaza. 5 min to HWY 101. Bathroom is in bedroom with partition. Bar is open and is noisy at times below and out front until late. Nightly rate includes cleaning fee!
