Penginapan di dekat Pelabuhan Ajibata. Jalan masuk penginapan muat 2 mobil bersisian. Garasi penginapan muat 1 mobil Innova atau 2 mobil Ayla/Brio. Penginapan ini 2 lantai, dengan 2 kamar tidur, 2 kamar mandi, dan 2 ruang tamu yang cukup luas. Terdapat dapur di lantai 2. Apabila tamu lebih dari 4 orang, ada extra bed dengan charge Rp75.000 per kasur.
