This unique apartment is located directly in the picturesque harbour of Pythagorion. It offers breathtaking views over the boulevard, the harbour with its many small boats and yachts and Aegean Sea up to the coast of Turkey. The original house of Flora! A family house built in 1895, refurbished and renovated with artistic details ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Three minutes by foot from Samos central square, the local market and the port. The house has two floors. The upper floor can host up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms with view at the sea! The master bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony. The first floor consists of a big living room with a lounge and a dining area, a kitchen, a working room and a WC!

The Main House is the largest of the four independent houses at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room and panoramic sea views. The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco, the Cave of Light and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

This private deluxe studio is located on the ground floor with a lovely sitting backyard surounded with flowers and fruit trees. Within few steps/seconds you are at the main square of Kokkari village, the port, beaches, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Pharmacy, grocery shops, backery shop, rental cars, motorbikes, scooters, ATM machines, a bus stop and free parking places. It was renovated in 2020 and is designed in a traditional - modern taste. The architecture is unique and natural.

Balcony to Karlovasi

The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house

Our house is a space for anyone who loves the immediate contact with the sea and the land. It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.
