Our recently built lake house is a beautiful 6 bedroom, 4 bath, including 2 master suites! This house sleeps 22 guests, has sandy beach and water access, including Starlink high speed internet! Guests can enjoy the outdoor patio or the view from inside. This >3000 sf house is located in close proximity to the Rayburn Country Resort and Golf Club, as well as restaurants, gas stations, boat ramps, and grocery/convenient stores. Our location is fantastic and we have so much to offer our guests!

Enjoy nature in this luxury lakefront modern guest house in the treetops with fantastic views of Lake Sam Rayburn and the Angelina National Forest. You will have the entire private living space, including your own living room, bedroom, kitchen, full bathroom and 4 decks. Be sure to take a swim in the lake from the sandy beach. Bring your boat: this property is 15 minutes from Umphrey Pavilion and only 1 mile from Sandy Creek Boat Ramp. You are welcome to fish anywhere on the property.

This peaceful home in the desired Plum Ridge Subdivision, Lake Sam Rayburn is just a block from the waterfront community park and a short drive to the boat launch. Protected Boat Parking is around the corner and launch at Sandy Creek. Two comfortable bedrooms with queen beds, and one bathroom suitable for four people with the things you need while relaxing and enjoying the lake life. Recently remodeled. Lakeview from lakeside windows too. Smart TV. WiFi available. Four people max.

Tucked away in a quiet wooded neighborhood this home is a perfect lake get away. Families, friends or Fishermen will all feel at home in this beach cabin style rental. Downstairs is set to entertain and is the perfect place to unwind. The neighborhood often has holiday events organized such as parades, fireworks, egg hunts and community fishing tournaments. Bring your golf cart or bikes and you will fit right in.

If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway for friends and family look no more Hunter and fisherman's waterfront paradise, 11.21 acres backed to national forest all at the end of a dead end road with plenty of parking. There is also another home on property that is also airbnb rental and there maybe times its rented at same time. Located conveniently between Jackson hill and Townsend park boat ramps.

The house has 2 bedrooms with a loft and 2.5 bathrooms. There's 5 queen beds and 2 couches in the living room. A roll in dock is in the water to tie to during the day or night.
