This property is situated directly by the seaside. Enjoy the comforts of our apartment; it's spacious, feel free to walk barefooted on the timber flooring...after an early morning swim enjoy a coffee on our balcony or in our living area, both with incredible sea views, watch the regattas, wonderful sunsets, with a bit of luck even dolphins...have yourself a bbq in our garden/ grill area under the shade of the grape vines, or just grab one of our bikes and go for a nice bike ride...

Modern and spacious apartment in Zadar (approximately 120 m2) . You will have complete ground floor of the house for yourself, with your private pool ( size 8x4 m. ) large garden with barbecue, 3 parking slots and your private entry. Accommodation is more like a holiday home as it is the only apartment for rent in the house. The nearest shop, coffee bar and market are 200 m away. The beaches, museum and old town are about 2,5 km away from the apartment.

Apartment Lukas

The Luka family house offers two completely furnished studio apartments (Ljubica and Neven), each designed for two people. The apartments are situated on the ground floor and they come with a yard and a parking lot.. They consist of a bedroom (double bed), a kitchen with a small dining area and a separate bathroom (shower, toilet). The apartments also feature air conditioning, a TV, bed linen, towels…. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

This new renovated apartment is located just in front of the city beach. Old town is just about 15 min walking distance. Beautiful beach with cafe bar is perfect for lazy days during vacations ( in front of the apartment ) , restaurant with grilled food and other ( 3 minutes walking ), grocery shop is 100 meters from apartment, bus station and big market ( 10 minutes walking ), green market and fish market are on peninsula 15 minutes walking.

Zadar center beach apartment- DIRECTLY ON THE SEA

-apartment is situated directly on the sea and 15 meters from the apartment there is a public beach -in front of the apartment there's access to the sea -the apartment is located 300 meters from the city center in the residential area Kolovare, one of the best location in Zadar -free public parking place -free Wi-fi - excursions by boat ( National park Kornati , islands near Zadar) or boat rental

GT is spacious top floor apartment, with 2 private rooftop terraces, featuring outdoor Jacuzzi. There are 2 en suite bedrooms, kitchen,dinning/living area with a fireplace. Second floor features a study/office room which opens to two rooftop patios, one for lounging and enjoying the Jacuzzi, while the other has an outdoor kitchen with a traditional wood burning grill and an outdoor dinning area.

If you are looking for somewhere to relax & just enjoy the beauty of the Adriatic , there are not many places around where it literally feels like the sea is your backyard, My place is located in a quiet part of Bibinje, walking distance to most amenities & restaurants in Bibinje. Zadar being 7kms away its just a short drive away.. If you are flying in Zadar airport is 6kms away.
