We hope you will love the house for its fantastic views and a kitchen that is a dream to cook and entertain in. Set in AONB National Trust land with direct access to the coast path offering spectacular walks to Salcombe with its sandy beaches, pubs and restaurants and over Bolberry Down to, South Milton Sands and on to Bantham. Large sun deck that looks over beautiful gardens and countryside, free parking.

A lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. It has contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size & the other is open plan onto the landing with 2 singles, ideal for children & teenagers. Located in a quiet part of town at the top of the hill, it’s a scenic 10 min walk down to the town where you can enjoy coastal views, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Parking is off-road with additional space for trailer storage by separate arrangement/cost. The room is equipped with a small kitchenette and an en-suite with shower. If you cannot manage the hill, please ask if you would like a lift.

Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.
