Treetops is a lovely recently renovated modern first floor flat with two bedrooms. The flat has an open plan kitchen diner living area make it perfect for families with children and dogs! The flat is a one minute walk from the main carpark where you can jump on the local town bus or a five minute walk down the the hill to the main high street! The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and microwave. The washing machine is located in the outhouse in the garden!

Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Sky Cottage, a delightful haven in friendly Golant village on the bank of the Fowey River. Sun trap patio garden. A wood-burner with free unlimited dry logs etc provided. Well equipped kitchen area. Up the winding stairs a twinkle lit bedroom which sleeps 2 people in luxury and comfort in king-sized 5' bed with 100% cotton bed 'linen'. Parking with permit provided 200 yards. Friendly local pub 300 yards, which also provides takeaway meals. Eden Project 15 minutes drive. Local kayak hire.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

The Hay Loft is the first floor of a 1850’s Coach House and Stables. The whole interior measures approximately 16m x 5m. Fully self contained, the apartment is very spacious and can accommodate 2 people comfortably. King Size bed, linen included. Lounge area, 32” Freesat TV. Dining Table & chairs. Fitted Kitchen, dishwasher etc. Large walk in shower enclosure, separate bath, cosy long robes and complimentary toiletries. Decking area with lighting, overlooking open field onto woods.

Detached cabin in private grounds

Snuggling in a wooded corner of our paddock the cabin is a lovely secluded escape for two. In one of the quietest parts of Cornwall with complete privacy you will hear the hoots of owls and chorus of birdlife, and with no light pollution the night skies are magnificent. The coast is nearby, with the Fowey estuary just down the road, and glorious beaches and coastal footpath a short drive away. It is roomy and comfortable in all weathers, and comes with a private wild garden.

The Cottage at Trevelyan -rural Cornwall

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. You will have your own walled garden area. It is a converted farm building, and we have attempted to make the best use of the space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in! The Waterwheel Apartment is only 500m from the picturesque fishing village of Charlestown, its harbour, beaches, restaurants and pubs. The port is a designated World Heritage Site, so unique, the TV series Poldark has recently been filmed here. The south coast of Cornwall is perfect for exploring the rest of the county. The world famous Eden Project is just 3 miles away. The apartment is ideal for couples, families with children and business trips.

Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage in our treatment room.
