This charming cottage places you within a 5 minute walk to Reef Bay beach and gives you access to many of St. John's greatest hiking trails. By car, we are 3 miles from town (Cruz Bay), where you will find all of your necessities. This is the ideal cottage for a couple or two friends. A/C only in bedrooms. Side note: The two twin beds in second bedroom can be converted to King upon request. Air mattress, pack and play readily available.

This unique space includes one bedroom with one bath and an outdoor shower. There is a small dorm fridge, microwave and coffee maker. You will need to bring paper goods for light meals. We will supply coffee mugs and cutlery. Walk out the door and down the path to go to the beach. We are very close. Just go down once you make a right at bottom of our path. We have some masks and fins to use. Also other water toys. Ask if you want to use.

Location, and Location. Tradewinds Condos are located on the East End of St Thomas, right above Red Hook! It's a 5-minute walk to the St John ferry dock, Bars, Restaurants, and Groceries. No need for a car! The power is steady, with 3 sources. WAPA, Solar, and a backup Genny If WAPA goes out, it's quiet as we are on Battery Power. Fast Wi Fi. Cheers!

We are a 5 minute drive to beaches, restaurants and dining, airport, seaports and downtown. We have excellent views, and you’ll love my place because it is spacious and very clean.
