Welcome to our cozy tiny home designed for comfort & function. The open-plan space includes a well-equipped kitchen, a clever dining area and a cozy lounge. The kitchen features a full-size washer, a space-saving induction cooktop, and a flip-up mini oven. The dining area has a folding table with wall-hung chairs. Sleep soundly in the snug loft bedroom with access via the staircase that doubles as smart storage. It has a separate bathroom with a shower adding convenience Perfect for two!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located, walk up top floor studio Suite. “The Suite” is ideally located at C19 The Sands, Basseterre, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, Spa, Supermarket, Transport, Banks/ATMs, Government offices and Churches. A 7 minute drive to the beach and literally a 5 minute walk to the Warner Park Sporting Complex, the venue of the Caribbean Premier League T20 cricket matches and our famed St. Kitts Music Festival. This hideaway features a cozy interior with various amenities and tropical decor, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The floor plan is open and inviting as it connects the seating area, the dining table, and the kitchen together. You can also enjoy your mornings with a cup of coffee on the private veranda. Its location is near the main highway which provides easy access to attractions around the island and Basseterre town center. The nearest beach is just a 20 minute drive away

Shalimar Apartment 8

Shalimar is situated just a few minutes walk from a world class golf course, a short drive from the beach and the local entertainment area known as "The Strip" along with a variety of authentic restaurants offering cuisine from around the globe. Our one bedroom apartments are tastefully furnished and enjoy spectacular views across the golf course toward the Atlantic Ocean. Each apartment includes fully fitted modern kitchen, dining area and living room and an open patio to enjoy the breeze.

Live like a local in the centrally located cozy home conveniently found in the rustic and historic community affectionately known as “De Village”. This quaint living space is recently renovated and furnished with all the necessities to make you feel at home! We are about 3 minutes from downtown, 7 minutes from the airport, close to the public transport route, with lots of grocery shops and neighborhood eateries close by. NB:This is the upper flat of a two-storey building; door is upstairs.
