The Tin Shack

"The Tin Shack" is a beautiful container-built cabin situated on a hill behind the West Coast town of St Helena Bay. The cabin overlooks the entire bay with the majestic Cederberg mountains in the distance. It has two ensuite bedrooms, each with a shower, basin, and compost toilet. The spacious open plan kitchen/living area has a cast-iron woodburner fireplace which makes the cabin warm and cozy even in winter. The spacious deck has a Weber BBQ, outdoor seating, and a woodfired hot tub.

Our room is a private space; be it for honeymoon, couple’s time, or a young family’s getaway, kite surfers or the business man. We are not into the usual “mass accommodation style”. Situated on a 1.4 hectare small holding a five-minute walk away from the closest bay. Spring time we are covered with a carpet of flowers.
