Serene Studio is just that- a quiet, peaceful, private space to lay your head after exploring St. Augustine. Our 500 sq. foot studio cottage is detached from the main house, where we live. It's set in a residential neighborhood that runs along the Intracoastal Waterway (which makes for gorgeous morning or evening strolls). We're a 10 minute car ride (without traffic!!) to the historic downtown or St. Augustine Beach. Serene Studio is the best of both worlds without the noise, hustle and bustle!

Winter Hawk Hideout

15 minutes from ol' St Augui. Located in the heart of this typical Florida woods and nested by oaks that saw the Seminole War as we are walking distance from Ft Peyton and 2 miles away from where Osceola was captured. The house sits on half acre of gardens and the decor is ranch, asian and whimsical .The goal is for you to feel transported away for a while. I do have 2 very small, well behaved and quiet dogs and one never seen cat. They do not have access to your quarters or are allowed in.

This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home is close to downtown, the beaches, and the ampitheatre and just a block off the Matanzas River. Fenced back yard, washer and dryer on premises, a fully outfitted kitchen and a dedicated office makes this a great place to stay a little longer and get to know our town.

Fenced 3/2 can accommodate 12, with use of the OUTDOOR Lanai and air mattress, otherwise 2 king beds and bunk room are available indoors. Plenty of space to park the RV to add extra beds (no hook-ups). Bring your own boat, jet ski, kayak, paddleboard, bikes & golf cart to explore this FL paradise.

The unit is above the two-car garage where you enter to go up stairs to the 500 square foot apartment. It has a living room, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It's a few short blocks to Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) where you can enjoy breath-taking walks. Short drive to everything!
