The studio is equipped with a sink, toilet, kitchenette, coffee/tea. Commune with nature in your Private Exotic Outdoor Shower, hottub (closed July & August).

Fenced back yard, washer and dryer on premises, a fully outfitted kitchen and a dedicated office makes this a great place to stay a little longer and get to know our town.

This apartment is one of five units in a completely renovated 1880's mansion and is sanitized between guests. It is a sun-filled pet-friendly unit on the second floor with large windows and old pine floors. Sit in the rocking chairs on the front balcony. The location is perfect, so close to the historic district with all the shopping, restaurants and bars, Bikes are available to roam around town. There is one guaranteed parking space. Dogs are allowed for a $40 pet fee per dog (max of 2)

NEW Island bungalow - Cozy & Classy

Perfect cozy bungalow for a stay in the nations oldest city. Huge bedroom with a new king bed. Living room with a sleeper sofa and TV. Coffee station, french press, microwave, and mini fridge. Full of artwork. Paintings and a sculpture. Huge stone tiled shower. Located off Anastasia Blvd with great restaurants, coffee shop, pubs and fun for the kids! Located 1 mile the the Anastasia beach state park and then a little over a mile to the beach!! Does not have a kitchen. Walk to Alligator Farm!

It has a bit of sophistication but is still comfortable, relaxing and private, making it the perfect place for your family getaway. Bring the kids, the dog and your boat! The Miranda House is a short 10 minute drive south of the Historic District.

Beach bikes included, perfect for bike rides along the beach.
