Fabulous Penthouse Apartment in the Heart of Reykjavik

This fabulous penthouse apartment is on the 4th floor with an incredible oceanview over the old harbor. Our apartment is located in downtown, the best location possible location in Reykjavik. The 200 m2 apartment is with amazing view of the old harbor and Hallgrímskirkja. The kitchen is open and fully equipped with all the kitchen appliances you need. Dishwasher, coffee machine etc. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining area with a very large table for up to 20 people where you can enjoy the expectacular view. Along the dining area is one of the living rooms decorated with comfortable but stylish furniture's. The other living room big sofa, TV and walkable to the balcony. The balcony is very spacious with great view over the midtown and Hallgrímskirkja The apartment has three bedrooms are approx. 25 fm2 with queen size beds and spacious closets. All bedrooms have smartTV and private bathrooms with showers. There is heat in the floor, very high ceilings and the apartment is located on the 4th floor with very nice neighbours. On the first floor is an art Gallery. You will have access to all you might need, free WIFI, clean towels and necessities for cooking, oil, sugar, coffee, spices etc. The check out time is at 12:00 noon and check in at 15:00 or later if you wish. This is the common rule but we take other times into consideration if requested. We are very hospitable and friendly owners so please do not hesitate to contact us. Set in the city centre by the old harbor, the flat is a stone’s throw away from the Reykjavik Art Museum and The National Gallery of Iceland, as well as shops and cafes. Take a stroll along the Sculpture and Shore Walk, then stop at Kopar for dinner.

Beautiful Reykjavik - 353 - 3 Bedroom

You have exclusive use of this apartment. You will not be sharing anything with other guests. We are right in the middle of downtown, on the main street. It is really fun to walk around and people on this street. All the main attractions of the city centre, like “The Big Church”, Sun Voyager, Harpa Concert Hall, Parliament Square, Town Hall, City Pond, Rainbow Street are all walking distance from our front door. There are about 100 restaurants, coffee houses and bars within walking distance.

This beautiful house has three floors with six bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is in 5 min walking distance from the city center. It also has a free small parking space (reservation needed). It is very well located in terms of public transportation. The bus stops right across the street and the domestic airport is 3 min away driving. The BSI bus stop, which takes you to Keflavík international airport is only 5 to 10 min walking. Our daughter lives in a separate apartment in the backyard

The farm is settled in the most beautiful scenery you can imagine. Powerful mountains all around, sound of the fresh salmon-river, waterfall in the breath taking canyon. Aurora Borealis from your window, when the conditions are right. Great for getting away. Relax or be creative. Mindful hiking in the untouched nature and enjoy farm live. Stunning villa with amazing 360 views, great location close to the golden circle and the capital region (only 30 min drive). The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 10 people. Himri is very spacious (300 sqm) and has everything you could wish for - a fully equipped gym and game room, a sauna and a hot tub. We just bought the villa and just finished a complete renovation.
