Ca'n Calet es una villa encantadora que disfruta de vistas panorámicas del campo hacia la Bahía de Pollensa desde el área de la piscina de agua salada y la terraza,ya sea en el calor del día o en el aire fresco de la noche,rodeada de palmeras y arbustos,con un magnífico telón de fondo de montaña en la parte trasera. Ubicada justo al lado del pueblo de Alcúdia,a poca distancia de restaurantes,bares y playas. En el interior encontramos la esencia de la construcción tradicional con arcos, vigas...

La casa consta de entrada típica mallorquina, salón con chimenea y cocina totalmente equipada. Dos dormitorios dobles. Cuarto de baño con lavadora y secadora. Calefacción, aire acondicionado y WIFI en toda la vivienda. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros, familias (con hijos).

Ca Na Maria Bel - Town house with private pool

The house is located in the old town of Sa Pobla , is next to the church, 2 minutes from the main square where there are very good restaurants. It is a 17th century house, which we have renovated respecting its original architecture but adapting it to modern comforts. It has air conditioning throughout the house, a fabulous swimming pool, a very traditional kitchen but at the same time with all its modern equipment, a large barbecue with an outdoor kitchen and a wood-burning oven.

At certain times during the day there may be construction noise, and the works may be visible from parts of the outdoor area. At the moment, weekend stays and bookings during the month of August are not affected. Capità Pere is a listed property, traditional Majorcan townhouse built in the XVI century. It has been completely renovated as our own family home with lots of care to detail and to a high standard. Private swimming pool. Wonderful beaches at 15-20 minutes car drive. Walking distance to shops (bakery, fishmongers, butcher, groceries, supermarket...), charming restaurants and cafes. Wednesday evening tapas night and Sunday farmers market-not to be missed- at the townhall square.

Can Bandrís a 2 minutos Pollensa. Ideal familias

A tan solo 400 metros del pueblo de Pollensa se encuentra Villa Can Bandris, una encantadora casa de nueva construcción situada en una zona muy tranquila, ideal para familias con bebes. Dispone de 2 cunas y 2 tronas. A Can Bandris se llega muy fácilmente desde Pollensa, en tan solo 2 minutos en coche o 5 minutos andando. El acceso es directo desde un pequeño camino. Hay un amplio aparcamiento desde el cual se accede cómodamente a la casa.

We are a couple that live in the countryside, and that we like the contact with nature. We offer this for our house, in which to enjoy a few days of vacation in this environment. Ideal to disconnect from everyday life. We also offer a nice fireplace for the nostalgic of the cold, and we make available firewood for its use.
