Inverness Home with a View

Relax in a clean, welcoming, home that has been updated. There are 2 fishing poles available for your use. We make sure they are in working condition and well maintained. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is close by. Want a beach....35 minute ride to Fort Island Trail Beach and boat ramp. We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

Studio Apartment - Fort Brook Horse Farm

This is a small Thoroughbred horse farm where we breed the mares. We run at the racetrack or sell the horses. These mares are generally pregnant and are not ridden. Guest are welcome to pet the horses, who are very friendly. We usually have foal in the spring. Our farm is fairly close to plenty of fun outdoor activities, kayaking, swimming, hiking, biking,zip lining, and horse back riding. We allow well behaved dogs that are leashed. There’s a fire pit, you might want to grab some wood.

With a beautiful pool and gigantic screened in area with comfortable patio furniture and a place to have your meals outside, you can't beat our guest house for enjoying Florida's weather. Inside, we have just added a stunningly comfortable new Queen sized bed with a "Purple" mattress on an adjustable frame. A cute, cozy home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a walk in shower. The family room has a sleeper sofa, if needed as well as a TV, cable and wifi. Minutes from downtown Inverness, shopping, restaurants, boat launch, parks and the Withlacoochie walk/ride trail. Perfect get away whether for a few days or a snow bird experience. Fully fenced back yard makes the home pet dog friendly; however we do request prior approval. No smoking or Vaping on the premises. No parties.

Cypress Cottage

Handicap accessible. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. On a dead end street on a channel that goes out to some lakes in the area. Have a canoe,peddle boat and three bikes included to use during your stay. Little over an hour from Orlando Airport and about the same from Tampa Airport. 30 minute drive to Homosassa Springs that has many attractions. If you see any alligators please do not feed them. They become a nuisance and it’s also against the law.

Serendipity Lake private dock, canoes & kayaks

Please note the 15.5% Host Service Fee is an Airbnb fee, they chose the name, host do not collect this fee. FL is in a drought, water levels are 8ft + lower than normal. You can still enjoy fishing and kayaking on our direct waterway. We do provide kayaks and canoes to enjoy the lakes. Plenty of room for outdoor games and activities. Pet friendly. Just a short drive to downtown Inverness and 30 minutes to Crystal River, Dunnellon or Homosassa. Simply perfect!
