The Sleepover-No Cleaning Fee

Keep it simple at this one bedroom, tiny home with no cleaning fees. The bedroom has a queen bed. The sofa also makes a slightly shortened, full sized bed. There is one bathroom with a tub/shower combination. It has a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, convection microwave & 2 burner infrared cooktop. There is a table that seats 4 & the welcome desk can also be used as a work space. Located just a minute away from the heart of Russell Springs, it makes a great place to stop & sleep over.

We are within 2 doors of Eli Country Store to gas up your boat or fill your coolers, and Eli Country Cafe to eat after a fun day in the sun. Both are within walking distance. Easy access and spacious boat parking to recharge your batteries and wash your boat. We added a fire pit and seating area in 2026.
