The sitting rm has an L-shaped sofabed and is ensuite to the bathroom so works as a bed rm for close friends or family of those in the main bedroom! The Loft is beautifully furnished, peaceful and has stunning views, its own front door, secure parking, WIFI, acres of garden and loads of local delights to explore from Brighton beach to our village pub!

Formerly the Pump House to an old manor house, it has just been transformed in to a luxury 2 bedroom holiday cottage with an additional sleeping loft. It's the perfect romantic getaway or family bolthole. Every effort has been made to maintain the original character of the building by using reclaimed and sustainably sourced materials and local craftsmen. Located at the end of a private drive, the Pump House is a home away from home.

Airship 001 Sussex Woodland

This unique, architecturally designed aluminium pod, provides a glamorous retreat. Nestling in a private woodland, since 2016, overlooking a dew pond and the valley below, the space affords a kingsize bed, shower/wc, living area incorporating a 'galley' kitchen. Wood-burning stove, dining table and chairs and a sofa/ bunk bed. Please be advised that there are NO curtains/blinds, in the accommodation, nor tv/wifi/mobile reception. The Airship is NOT suitable for those who need these services.

This treehouse is hidden away in 50 acres of private woods. It sits up high in an old oak tree at the top of a bank looking over a stream. Its the perfect place to get away from it all. To cook over a real fire and sit out under dark star filled nights. You won't need to bring any camping equipment, It even has a hot outside shower! There are lots of footpaths close by for lovely walks through woods and fields. The Dragon pub is a 10 minute walk, great food and a lovely big garden.

The Old Barn is a beautiful new 3 Bay Barn, that is set in 4 acres of land, looking out over the beautiful Surrey/West Sussex countryside. It is set away from the main house, accessed through large wooden gates and sits in an enviable position. The Old Barn can sleep 4 as we have a sofa bed, but it comfortably sleeps 2, we have decorated it to a high standard and catered for all needs. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
