Delightfully stylish, luxurious, cosy country accommodation in the pretty (recently voted North Notts' Best-Kept) village of Farnsfield situated between Sherwood Forest and the historic Minster town of Southwell. Refurbished to a high standard in 2019/20, this is an ideal base to enjoy the surrounding countryside. This charming new barn conversion retains many original features but also has a brand new efficient gas central heating system as well as a Smart TV, free Wifi and an Amazon Echo.

Welcome to our 2-bedroom home in West Bridgford, just a 4-min walk from Central Avenue (the home to restaurants & bars). Enjoy a spacious open-plan living with a 65" lounge TV (Sky Go, Netflix, etc), cozy bedrooms with luxury bedding (towels included), office space with 2-monitors and a garden retreat for those sunny days. The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

The Conkers Country Cottage Self Catering Retreat

The Conkers is in the picturesque Hamlet of Moorwood Moor on of the edge of the Peak District. There are many walks from the door and 150 yards along the lane is The White Hart Inn where you will experience good food or just enjoy a well-deserved glass of wine. The Conkers delightful garden and orchard area provides a lovely spot for a relaxing drink, or perhaps some alfresco dining after a busy day exploring. There is ample off road secure parking behind automated gates.

Shepherd's Hut on beautiful organic farm

Our Shepherd's hut is a little escape. Located on the grounds of a real working organic farm. The Shepherd's Hut is a small living space, with a wood burning stove, a modern shower, bathroom and kitchen area. Beautiful views across the once Sherwood Forest as well as garden views of mature Cedar and Scots pine trees. The farm is a tranquil retreat as well as being close by to nearby towns. Open large field where you can walk your dog loose available to Airbnb guests.

The Little Old Barn (TLOB) is a cosy self-contained annexe ATTACHED to our home set in the picturesque village of WOODBOROUGH, surrounded by the beautiful Nottinghamshire Countryside with excellent road links to both NOTTINGHAM & NEWARK. Belonging once to the house next door where William LEE invented the Stocking Frame in 1589. Ideally situated within minutes of the village pubs and beautiful countryside walks it is close to many local attractions & wedding venues.

Set in the Vale of Belvoir between Cropwell Bishop and Colston Bassett a self contained annex is offered. The house lies 20 minutes from the historic town of Newark, Nottingham and Melton Mowbray and is ideally placed for a day out exploring Belvoir Castle or Holme Pierrepont Country Park (a major water sport centre). The property backs onto the Grantham Canal providing excellent walks and a cycle route. A secure garage is offered for bicycles.

Features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, while bedroom 2 on a spacious upstairs landing with a double bed and antique privacy screen. Your stay includes a milk & free parking.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
