Easy access to the takeout just a few miles down the road. Continue on down the road for the class II Fife Brook section, and beyond for family river floats + innertubing

Our happy place is a 5 minute walk to Berkshire East/Thunder Mountain . An 8 minute walk to the Deerfield River for guided fishing tours with Hilltown Anglers, kayaks, ,whitewater rafting. 10 minute walk to town and shuttle for tubing. A 5 minute drive to local wedding venues. We provide a full kitchen with all cooking essentials, a private picnic area with charcoal grill (charcoal provided). We reside at the single family home on property and we’re excited to share our Suite 23 !

The timber frame treehouse is a perfect couples retreat. The home is custom built with hardwood maple trees cut down and milled right on the property. The deck has a barrel sauna, cold or hot cedar soaking tub, a propane fire pit, a wood burning chiminea fire pit, and a bar top for outdoor dinning. The inside has a stone fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, tile shower, projector with dvds, books, board games, chandelier, and dimmable lighting for any mood. This home is truly one of a kind.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on 40 acres atop a mountain in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts. With strong WiFi and central heat/ac, large covered and uncovered porches, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and views on all sides, you can be just as content staying at the house as you could be hiking or kayaking at Pelham Lake Park, whitewater rafting or skiing in Charlemont, or exploring the vast arts and music scenes in nearby areas. Just miles from Vermont as well!

An 18th century farmhouse

Built in 1785 this antique Cape was carefully restored to its original design about 20 years ago. The house is set on a quiet road in the middle of fields, woods, gardens, and hiking trails. it is secluded with easy access to the natural world. The rooms are book-lined and filled with family objects. It is close to Berkshire East for skiing and snowboarding in the winter and whitewater rafting and swimming in the summer. Mass MoCA and the Clark Museum are within an easy drive.
