Das Zirben Chalet liegt südlich von Landshut in der Gemeinde Kumhausen (8 Min. zur Altstadt Landshut, Stadtbus-Verbindung vorhanden) umgeben von Wald, Feld und Wiesen. Genieße die Ruhe im Chalet aus original österreichischer Hochlandzirbe. Du kannst auf eigene Verantwortung Naturpool, Kinderseilbahn, Trampolin und Spielburg mitbenutzen. Gegen Gebühr sind eine 11 KW Wallbox, elektrische Fahrräder oder Lastenrad für 1 Erwachsenen plus max. 3 Kinder bis 8 Jahre oder 2 Kinder bis 12 Jahre nutzbar.

S´kloane Wellnesshäusl ein Ort um seine Seele baumeln zu lassen – in dieser geräumigen und ruhigen Unterkunft mit Sommerpool, Holzbadefass und Gartensauna zum entspannen. Das private Ferienhaus wurde 2023 mit viel Liebe renoviert. Die bayrischen Alpen, der Chiemsee sowie mehrere Badeseen und Fahrradtouren am Inn bieten tolle Ausflugs- und Erholungsmöglichkeiten. The "Schlössle", a former 4* hotel, is located in the immediate vicinity of the town square, centrally located but still very quiet. The apartment (approx. 75 sqm) is on the ground floor. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

Auf der Terrasse kannst du in unserem holzbefeuerten Hot Pot die Seele baumeln lassen.

Die Unterkunft liegt idyllisch ruhig in einem Tal mit viel Wald in Saldenburg im Bayerischen Wald, nur 25 km entfernt von Passau. Die Ferienwohnung ist 70qm groß und bietet Platz für bis zu 5 Personen. Sie umfasst ein SZ mit 3 Schlafplätzen, ein WZ mit Schlafcouch für 2 Personen, ein Bad, 2 Balkone und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Für unsere Kleinen bieten wir einen Streichelzoo, Ponyreiten und einen Spielplatz. Gäste mit Hunden sind willkommen.
