Return from a long day of skiing to warm up in the wood fired cast iron tub by the river or enjoy the six person electric hot tub with lounger and watch the Salmo river flow by. Brand new 1000sq feet and everything you need for a comfortable stay ! Two bedrooms , each with a king sized bed and one with a tv. The sofa has a double pullout bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities . The suite offers a private covered patio to relax overlooking the garden and peekaboo of Kootenay Lake and Mountains . Convenient onsite parking for one car accessed from the alley. 10 minutes walking downhill to downtown Nelson ,it’s a bit of a hike back up being a mountain town.

I have endeavored to create a comfortable space that provides a wonderful base for adventuring. The walls are covered in local art, I love showcasing local artisans. Paintings are reminiscent of Nelson and are for sale. The beautiful king sized bed and live edge wood counters are taken from sustainably harvested trees and created by a local craftsman. The upstairs is spacious and features a wood burning stove. The downstairs is a beautiful grotto bathroom with a sunken tub big enough for two.

We are the Bearfoot Bungalows! Enjoy a one bedroom one bathroom cottage at the end of a quiet street 6 minutes from Castlegar. This relaxing area has a large communal yard. Our property borders the Selkirk Loop walking trails, is near Selkirk College and the Regional Airport. The bungalows provide a clean, comfortable stay with electric cooktop and air fryer, BBQ by request and a fully stocked kitchen and stylish furnishings. This Cabin has a bath tub with Shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Enjoy the extensive trail system at our doorstep or take a 10 minute walk to downtown Rossland. Red Mountain is a 10 minute drive. NO CLEANING FEE PETS ARE NEGOTIABLE We welcome pets most times.
