Calling groups who love the outdoors in all seasons! A perfect spot for groups with lots of space inside and out. We have 3 dining areas (1 outside), 2 living rooms and a "bunkhouse" with a TV to send the kids up to play! The house is fully stocked with bath & beach towels plus everything you need in the kitchen. Plus...cornhole, 2 stand up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, a row boat and a splash pad! NEW in fall 2024: we've added a new dining table for ten, new mattresses and new bedding!

Private up north cottage with large double lot and woods on either side giving excellent privacy and relaxation. Nestled on a slow road with very minimal traffic so it's great for kids! 1 mile from Higgins Lake Boat launch and just a few miles from Houghton Lake. Walking distance to state property trails for quads, SxS, and snowmobiles. Plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers. Great restaurants or ice cream are just a few minutes away! Enjoy up north without being too close to neighbors!

Bellomo Cabin

Charming 2BR, 1BA cabin at Exit 222! Adventures for all seasons that the heart of Michigan has to offer. Saint Helen is ORV friendly - ride the streets in your SxS! Thousands of acres of state land to hunt and fish. Bring your ATV's, UTV's or rent them locally and hit the trails right from the cabin. Perfect location for bike riding or walking to town. Beautiful all sports Lake Saint Helen and Cove Beach just 1 mile away. Perfect for backyard bonfires while viewing wildlife of deer and turkeys.

Base Camp - ORV trail access

2 bedroom cabin with ORV trail access to the renowned St Helen trail system. Cozy space with thoughtful amenities and retro gaming. This 750 sq ft cabin has everything you need: a full kitchen, washer/dryer, huge outdoor space with grill & fire pit. Fully fenced-in yard for doggie guests. Plenty of parking for trucks, trailers, ORVs, boats, etc! Note: There's another rental on the property close to this one. But each has private yards, parking, and driveway. Rent both for larger groups!

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly Cottage. Walk out the door, walk down the street and you have Lake access with small beach and private boat launch. Great for snowmobile access to Houghton Lake. Large yard, plenty of room for multiple Trailers, ATV's , yard games and Boats. Outdoor fire pit and seating area. Across the street are Zone 18 Bar and Randy's Family Restaurant. Nearby Golf course's, State Trails, Beaches, Parks and Boat rental. 950 feet walk to the Lake!!

South Shore Cottage Retreat

Centrally located cottage on the South Shore at Houghton Lake and 40 paces to your private dock access. Nearby restaurants, grocery stores, "mom and pop" shops, public DNR access, and other local attractions. The cottage is located in a private and quiet family setting where you can unwind. A perfect cottage for year-round adventures. In the summer, enjoy boating, fishing, and water sports. In the winter, cozy up inside after a day of ice fishing or snowmobiling. Full kitchen amenities!

Kitchen is equipped with everything you need (small appliances, pots & pans, utensils, etc). Dining table with family games. Right across the street from the lake on the south shore. Located within walking distance to restaurants, stores, ice cream shop, etc. Half a block lake access for ice fishing and snowmobiling. No pets please.
