Happy Valley Studio rests in a lovely rural neighborhood, near 2800 acres of Community Forestlands hiking trails. It's ~15 minutes (3.6 Mi) from the Ferry to the San Juan Islands/Sidney BC, and an easy 5 minutes from downtown Anacortes. You will love the quiet neighborhood, and our lovely gardens and pond. Clean, cozy, roomy studio apartment with its own private balcony entry and skylights to keep it bright and cheery. Fully equipped kitchenette, with a microwave and refrigerator (no stove.)

Casita at Rosario Ranch

Welcome to the guest cottage located at Rosario Ranch, a 10 acre wooded equine retirement farm. The farm features horses, goats, dogs, cats and other farm animals. We would love to host you for a quick trip or a full stay exploring what all the PNW has to offer! Feel free to reach out with any questions, we are eager to help host your perfect get away. *Please note- we have had requests and also bookings from guests who have animal allergies or a fear of animals. Please do not book this stay!

Lighthouse with Hot Tub

Unique fun space! if you are adventurous and want to crash at a very unique spot this is it. First floor has a mini fridge, smart TV, instant hot water kettle, coffee maker, bottled water, day bed with plenty of bedding in storage. Then you climb the ladder and go up to the tower. There is another single bed. Out the door is a private deck overlooking the San Juan Islands with a table and chairs. Take your coffee or wine out and enjoy the day. head back down take a dip in one of the hot tubs

Mt. Erie Lakehouse

The studio apartment is located at the foot of Mt. Erie overlooking Lake Campbell. Just minutes away from Deception Pass, historic downtown Anacortes, and a short drive to La Conner. Anacortes is the gateway to the San Juan Islands. Enjoy your coffee on the patio watching eagles and other wildlife. This newly renovated cabin features a stocked kitchen, indoor/outdoor dining and seating, and a spacious bedroom. We hope to make your stay as relaxing as possible with soft sheets, toiletries, Nespresso coffee machine, and memory foam mattress!

Deception Pass Cottage near Tulip Fields

Near Deception Pass, Campbell Lake and Tulip Fields! This sweet place to stay is perfect for a couple. Tasteful cozy touches throughout to make you feel right at home. Located on 2 1/2 acres off highway 20. Close proximity to Deception Pass state park, hiking, Campbell Lake, Mt. Erie & Skagit tulip fields (13mi). Enjoy the local wildlife while sipping coffee on the covered porch where you can watch eagles, owls, quail and deer. Half dozen farm fresh eggs provided upon availability 🐓.

Island Gateway Anacortes Studio and Sauna

Bright, beautiful studio with full kitchen, coffee bar, private bath and outdoor fire pit. Adjacent outdoor cedar sauna that we share with our guests in both units. Minutes from the Anacortes Ferry Terminal. Note: We live upstairs in a totally separate part of the house and the studio is adjacent to another unit. We have soundproofed the house as well as we can, but there are normal noises that come with shared living. The studio has one queen sized bed. We don't accept children.

The Coho Cabin - A Beachfront Getaway

Welcome to the Coho Cabin, a tiny house/log cabin perched atop Skagit Bay with direct westerly waterfront views of wildlife, Whidbey Island and the Olympic Mts. Built in 2007, it's an authentic log cabin, custom designed out of Alaskan Yellow Cedar. Enjoy the rustic-yet-elegant vibe, radiant heated floors, cozy loft bed, outdoor bbq and private location. Located 10 min. west of La Conner, guests can browse shops, adventure on unique hikes, or enjoy a relaxing beach stroll.

Farmhouse Getaway

Welcome to this serene and spacious farmhouse get-away. Located on beautiful south Fidalgo island, you are 7 minutes to Deception Pass bridge, 13 minutes to downtown Anacortes, and 17 minutes to the ferry terminal to the San Juan islands. Curl up with a good book, watch a movie or just relax and enjoy our beautiful view of north Whidbey island and Deception Pass. Our gardens explode in summertime so feel free to wander and pick flowers, fruit or vegetables in season.

Burrows View Cottage

Great any Season!!! Experience unforgettable sunsets in this beautiful high bank waterfront cottage. Quaint and serene. Close to Deception Pass, downtown Anacortes shops and restaurants, drive to public beaches, less than a mile from Mount Erie and hiking trails. Less than a 10 minute drive to the Anacortes Ferry Dock. Cottage has 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds. Full kitchen with all gadgets required to make that special meal. AIRCONDITIONED SPACE THROUGHOUT HOME.

Canyon Creek Cabins: #3

Built in the 1970's as a remote fishing cabin, this adorable little hideout has been reimagined to be the idyllic escape in the woods. This cabin is perched on a granite ledge overlooking the legendary Canyon Creek, which can be seen from nearly every one of the expansive windows. After spending a day exploring one of the nearby epic hiking trails, you'll be rewarded by a relaxing soak in the riverside hot tub or a board game with friends by the fire.

Cornet Bay Boat House (Deception Pass State Park)

This newly renovated studio layout boathouse is a perfect getaway for couples who want to wake up to the sounds of nature in the morning. Living room has an electric fireplace, a queen sized bed, recliners, smart tv w/ cable. Kitchen has a full size fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle, and bar seating. Bathroom has a toilet, sink, and stall shower. Access to a private dock. Kayaks&Paddle boards available.
