The cosy loft is located in a quiet but central area, just 15 minutes walk from the train station of Lucerne. The house was built in 1905, the apartment was built last year and is on the 4th floor (without elevator). From the window you have a beautiful view on the city and the mountains. The flat includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a coffee machine and a little fridge, bathroom with WC and shower and a double bed (160x200). We rent out our parking in front of the house for 5 chf/day.

Lac et gare à 10mn à pied parking public (payant) à 2 mn L'appartement est efficacement équipé pour vous assurer un séjour tout confort ! Chambre en mezzanine ouverte un 2eme couchage 2 personnes est possible soit avec le sofa dans le salon ou au 3eme niveau en mezzanine ouverte ( sous pente )

cozy Loft in the heart of Basel

The small loft is in the rear house, on the first floor of my former photo studio. It's super SIMPLE, COZY and CLEAN. Everything is in one room and it has a DOUBLE SIZE bed. There's a walk in shower in the flat and a small toilet. The loft is rather unconventional and for young and "uncomplicated" people. I've "built" this loft during the Corona times by myself for visiting friends and family. It‘s not perfect but everyone loved it so far.
