Our southwest-facing home truly catches the Sonoma light. The European lime plaster and heated underfloor make it comfortable in all seasons. There's a million dollar view of the Petaluma Valley - best seen from the hot tub - only steps from the French doors of the master bedroom. You can roam around our beautiful two acres which have been planted and landscaped along Permaculture principles. Feel free to pick from the fruit trees! Petaluma, Sebastopol, and Sonoma are only short rides away.

Clean Comfy Cottage Downtown

Our tree shaded studio cottage is one block from the heart of downtown. Stay just a two block walk from Russian River Brewing. This clean and quiet cottage has a full kitchen, a comfortable queen bed. I am happy to customize the space to your needs. I offer soft and firm mattresses. I use cotton blankets so that you can have any weight on your bed that you would like. You are welcome to stack seven or more blankets at a time. I will adjust my cleaning regimen to meet your preferences.

This is a studio cottage with expansive views to the western valley and Marin. Mount Tam appears through the windows from your super comfy bed. This is a beautiful and unique space adjacent to a mellow artist's studio. NOTE: Well behaved and Pre-Approved dogs available for a nightly fee.

A perfect setting for a weekend getaway or overnight stay. Easy access to downtown Petaluma, local farms, Sonoma, Sebastapool & Napa wineries. Nestled among the gardens, this private studio features a clawfoot tub, gas fireplace and 10 foot ceilings. 1 Queen bed, gas fireplace, sitting area, 1 bath, 1 off-street parking space. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons. Our guest house is subject to the limitations and performance standards set by Sonoma County. Permit#THR18-0045

This 400 square foot granny unit over our garage has beautiful wood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances (no washer/dryer) New HVAC unit, air filters, new water heater with chlorine filter. This space has a great deal of natural light, windows are well placed as to not see into neighbors windows. (Black out curtains on windows if light needs to be blocked) Must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access. Dedicated off street parking for one vehicle

Our home is a 10-minute drive to downtown Santa Rosa, where you will find Russian River Brewing Company, 45-minute drive to the coast, and a little over an hour to San Francisco. The apartment is above our 2-car garage. It's a quiet 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen and dining area. A twin size daybed is in the living room. Local grocery stores are within a mile, and close to Sonoma County wineries, breweries and hiking trails. Permit #SVR23-170

The suite is all on one level, with its own entrance, living/dining area, and space for simple food prep with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and coffeemaker. Sonoma Country Cottage, On 50 Acre

Charming, quaint & clean rural retreat. Once a mid-1800 bunkhouse, this little cottage was lovingly restored and is a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Wine Country. A room with a view. NOTE: due to COVID. We deep clean and sanitized prior to each guest, we have made the clean commitment. Anyone on the property is keeping a 12-foot distance for added safety.
