The house is located in a safe and quiet area, in the heart of "Parco del Gargano". You will enjoy an amazing view over the sea. The flat is a great location for solo travellers, couples or families (with children too!). It can host up to 6 people, is fully furnished and composed of: large living room with a single sofa bed; open plan kitchen (equipped with oven, dishwasher and fridge); 2 double bedrooms (double bed / two single beds); 1 single bedroom; 2 bathrooms with shower; washing machine.

Located in the middle of Varano Island you can access in 5 minutes foot to a large and free beach, at the opposite side at just 300mt you can find the lakeside. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, a very bright open space with the living room and the kitchen area, 1 bathroom with shower. The center of Foce Varano is at just 3km, Rodi Garganico 7km and Peschici at 18km

Grazioso monolocale di 30m con aria condizionata comodo divano letto a 2 piazze, armadio, cucina con piano a induzione (NO GAS), lavatrice, frigo, internet wifi, acqua calda, tv sat. Nei dintorni dell’alloggio c'è una pizzeria, una tabaccheria, un piccolo ristorante ed altri negozi. Si puó parcheggiare gratuitamente ovunque ed è possibile lasciare l'auto fino a 30 metri dall'abitazione (la casa si trova in un suggestivo e caratteristico vicolo del centro storico privo di caos. Il grazioso appartamento Vico Lungo 9 è situato nel centro storico, dove è possibile perdersi piacevolmente nei vicoletti di Peschici. E’ separato dal mare da poche decine di scalini ed è a due passi da tutti i servizi (ristoranti, bar, supermercato, farmacia, etc.). L’appartamento è composto di due piani: Primo piano: living, bagno e camera da letto.Secondo piano: cucina e terrazzo. Nota: appartamento non ideale per persone con mobilità ridotta. Non accessibile con auto.
