Monte Nido is nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains between Calabasas and Malibu, 5 minutes away from Pepperdine University in Malibu. You can walk to the Backbone trail head from our yard. The guest house has a private entrance, full kitchen, bath and french doors that open up to a private patio with a fountain. There is also a private deck for star gazing and afternoon naps. The Canyon Cabin

Independent, fully furnished with everything one to two people could need to have a relaxing retreat and enjoy the peaceful canyon views, nearby hiking trails, and escape the business of LA. You will have full access to the entire cabin, including front wrap-around porch, back patio, and yard. Full indoor bath as well as an outdoor clawfoot bathtub allows you to enjoy a relaxing soak with a view.

The infrared sauna, cedar plunge pool, hot tub, outdoor bed and yoga deck provide an escape from the hustle of the city. Guests have said it's "as if you have a resort to yourselves" "spa like" "magical and healing" and that's the experience we strive to provide. We live in the upstairs unit but prioritize guest's privacy at all times.
