There is cameras on property. Close to sporting venues, golf, hiking and lakes. Queen bed in bedroom. Couch has pull out-suitable for small children. No smoking and no vaping on property . If you do you will pay $300 cleaning fee. We do NOT provide toiletries.We do NOT provide breakfasts. Don’t provide coffee or detergent

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

WineDown - Relax with a view! Guest suite

If you want to wind down, WineDown is your place! A relaxing Airbnb, sitting on five wooded acres, tucked in a South Valley neighborhood. The Suite is located on the lower level of our Tuscan Home with a private deck and hot tub for guest use only. A gated community provides extra security. The guest entrance offer a beautiful view of the peaceful pines and wandering wildlife. We are on site during your stay and try to greet guests if available. Seasonal traction tires may be required.

The Barn Suite

Welcome to the family “Barn” located on the back half of our property. This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new, the unit in furnished with king size bed, sitting area, kitchenette and full separate bathroom. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.

Come enjoy our beautiful private resort nestled next to our vineyard with breathtaking views of the sunset, sipping a glass of wine while taking a soak in the hot tub, or going full on Norwegian in the outdoor cedar sauna and plunge into the pool. Then come back inside, curl up by the wood stove and relax. 1 bedroom in-law apartment. Bedroom features a newly updated bathroom, king size bed and small futon. The front room has a desk and small kitchenette. The apartment has it's own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. There are no common areas besides the front yard. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes east of downtown Spokane.
