The apartment is perfectly positioned with Old Leigh cockle sheds and pubs a 3-minute walk down the hill and the shops & cafes of Leigh just 3 minutes walk up the hill. The apartment has a splendid view of the estuary from the main living area. There are 2 bedrooms, one of which has a view of the sea too! Being a ground floor flat there is easy access to the shared lawn outside. There is a designated car-parking space. Leigh station is a 15-minute walk away and 55 mins from London Fenchurch st.

This spacious Victorian cottage is a great base to explore the coast , walk, birdwatch or paddleboard. Situated in the traditional fishing village of Tollesbury the cottage has a lovely dining area, fully stocked kitchen, two large bedrooms and garden. We’re a 5 minute walk from the water and access to miles of coastal seawall walks and nature reserves looking over the river Blackwater. Tollesbury is a popular place in summer with a saltwater swimming lido and many water based activities.

We are a short stroll from the main strip on Southend seafront but far enough away to avoid the crowds. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. This is a very calm space decorated in F&B elephants breath paint with contrasting furnishings. A double bed + a sofa bed + travel cot. Cooking facilities, dining table table & 2 chairs. A microwave is situated in the utility room on the landing outside the studio door. Very nice shower room It’s ideal as a compact living space to use when visiting relatives or just on a break in lovely Leigh on Sea. No outside space is available.
